1.The contest is open for unmarried Male, Female & Married Couple, citizens of India born in India & abroad.
Eligibility Female unmarried - Age:- 18-25 Years. Height 5.5" & above
Eligibility Male unmarried - Age:- 21-30 Years. Height 5.8" & above
Eligibility Couple married - Age:- No age limit. Height Female - 5.5", Male - 5.10" & above
2.The applicant will be required to produce their age proof (Passport, birth certificate,
school leaving certificate, driver's license, etc).
3.The Solo applicant of male / female should not / have not been married and never been through any
ceremony directly or indirectly, either valid or invalid, whether civil, religious or tribal which is recognized
as a marriage ceremony in any part of the world and should never have had a marriage annulled or never
given birth to a child; have never been pregnant nor been a parent.
4.The Candidates should be natural born Male/Female.
5.The participant should not be under contract with any person, firm, modelling agency or any corporation
that would prevent his/her appearance or participation in this contest. The participant agrees to indemnify
MERAJ ek pehchaan. for any claim etc. that may be brought against it in this regard.
6.The applicant once short listed cannot be a part of any other commercial contract or
pageant until the final Event completes.
7.The applicants must behave in a manner befitting the title of “MERAJ FACE OF THE YEAR 2020”
The Applicants will have to participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout as per the schedule given.
8. “MERAJ FACE OF THE YEAR 2020” Directors, Officers, Judges etc are not responsible,
accountable or liable in any manner whatsoever for any personal injury to anyone or damages
compensation etc. The applicant will participate at his/her own risk and liability and
shall have no claim whatsoever on any account against Organizer MERAJ ek pehchaan.
9. Incorrect information will result in disqualification, whether discovered prior to during or after the event.
10.Candidates must conduct themselves in a proper manner and portray high moral standards.
Candidates will not consume any alcoholic beverages, use illegal drugs or publicly smoke or
use foul language anytime or in any way misconduct herself/himself during the course of the entire contest.
11.Candidates understand and agree that should he/she be crowned the pageant winner, he/she will be required to sign a year contract with the brand MERAJ ek pehchaan. He /she must be available to the pageants for any and all personal appearances at all scheduled events throughout the reign. He /she further understands that the inability to full fill the contract may result in the forfeiture of her title and all prizes must be returned to the Brand.
12.All photos submitted and taken during the Contest shall become the absolute property of
MERAJ ek pehchaan and may be used in future promotions and marketing events at their sole discretion and shall not be limited to Meraj Face of the year-2020.
13.Candidates irrevocably consent and agree to unrestricted use by MERAJ ek pehchaan.
Its authorized representatives, advertisers, successor, sponsors, customers and assigns of the name,
picture, voice or photographs etc. of the Candidate for advertising purpose or purposes of promotion,
trade, press release or motion picture etc. He/she waives the right to inspect or approve such
competed pictures, advertising, videos used in connection thereof.
14.The information contained in all entries submitted will become the property of the
organization MERAJ ek pehchaan and will not be returned.
15.Entries received after the last date will not be accepted. The organizers MERAJ ek pehchaan will not be
responsible for entries lost or delayed in transit.
16.The applicant should not have any cases (criminal or civil) registered against her.
17.The schedule of events and qualification rounds are subject to change at the discretion of the Organizer
MERAJ ek pehchaan.
18.The entries will be judged by a panel of eminent judges. The decisions of the judges will be final and
binding on every participant. No correspondence in connection with the procedure adopted or the
result will be entertained.
19.All Qualified Candidates for Finale have to go through grooming & Training program.
20.The Candidate agrees to abide by all rules and regulations which may be changed from time to time
by the organizer MERAJ ek pehchaan and he/she shall have no objection to the same whatsoever.
21. Participants agree that MERAJ ek pehchaan. has the sole discretion to strip the winner of
his/her title if he/she violates any terms or spirit of this pageant or any other signed agreements.
22.The participant shall not give any press interviews or hold a press conference without the
prior permission in writing from the director of MERAJ ek pehchaan.
23. MERAJ ek pehchaan is not responsible in any manner whatsoever for any delays, disruptions,
non-receipt of adequate number of applications or for acts of omission or commission on
any account and for any reason Whatsoever.
24. Schedule of events qualification rounds are subject to change at the absolute discretion of the
Organizer MERAJ ek pehchaan and the Candidate shall raise no objections whatsoever in this regard.
25.The Organizer MERAJ ek pehchaan are not responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for
non-completion/ non- occurrence of the event.
26.The applicant will have to participate in a disciplined and diligent manner throughout the
training program as per the schedule that will be given to them and participate in all the rehearsals.
Any decision taken in this regard by MERAJ ek pehchaan shall be final.
