Shipping Policy
MERAJ SHIPPING POLICY
Meraj.in endeavors to ship purchases within 5-8 business days of receiving your order. Each address you instruct us to ship to, including gift-recipient addresses, is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges. Shipping within India is a complementary service. Meraj ships worldwide to various locations- like USA, Europe, Middle East, Australia, South Africa and many more. For internationals delivery the shipping charge is based on the weight of the package and the destination address. Before placing the order you can even check the rate, a quote will be displayed from our logistics partner Aramex.
Please note you at the time of order creation you are clearing the freight charge only custom clearance if any will have to be borne by you or the recipient of the package.
We have a strict policy against under valuation and cannot send as Gift from Meraj.
For Shipping within India, please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery and for international delivery please allow 6 -8 working days.
Any product customization packages will take additional time 7 to 15 working days depending on the customization.
Order Cancellation Policy
This process varies according to your order type and which stage the order is in.
Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. We are unable to make changes or cancel your order once it has been shipped. However, you may return your product using returns option within 30 days of receipt.
MERAJ reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

CHECK ORDER STATUS AND TRACK SHIPMENTS ONLINE
If you have a registered account with us check the status of your orders under My Account. Click on your order number for complete details, including the tracking number here you can follow the progress of shipments. If you do not have an account with us yet, set one up now - My Account.
You can also track your order by clicking on track my orders. Simply enter the order number and zip code information to view the order details.
All Courier companies make 2 delivery attempts only. In case of unavailability of the recipient, future Modus Operandi is at the discretion of the Courier Company and Meraj has no liability for the same. Our staff will get in touch with you as soon as we are intimated by our courier agency. In case the package is sent back to us Meraj is not liable to clear and accept the package. So we request you to receive the package and make all details available for smooth delivery.
*IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to International Orders.
